1. Reception and accommodation of individuals at the Hotel shall be carried out in accordance with the 'Rules of Providing Hotel Services in the Russian Federation' approved by the RF Government Decree No. 490 dd. 25.04.1997 (ed. the RF Government Decree No. 1104 dd. 02.10.1999, No. 693 dd.15.09.2000).
  2. A priority right to accommodation at the Kuznetskiy Inn shall be provided to persons with confirmed room reservation.
  3. Room reservation shall be considered confirmed after receipt by the Guest of a unique reservation number. Reservation shall be considered guaranteed if prepaid by bank transfer or credit card with an existing balance of at least the first confirmed night's stay. If the reservation is not guaranteed by the company or a credit card, reservation on the room shall be maintained until 18.00 of the day of arrival. In case the Guest failed to check in before 18.00, the reservation shall be canceled and accommodation at the hotel shall be provided upon the availability of vacant rooms.
  4. Check-in and accommodation at the hotel shall be provided:
    • upon presentation of an identity document (passport)
    • after reading the hotel rules. By checking in the hotel the Guest accepts the Terms of Service.
    • after payment for accommodation in the amount of not less than for the first night after arrival.
  5. All guests arriving to stay with already staying guests should register at the Reception. In such cases, the person responsible for the room is obliged to inform the reception in advance about the arriving guests.
  6. Visitors need to leave the hotel not later than 23.00 on the same day.
  7. No pets are allowed in the hotel.
  8. Payment for accommodation shall be based on hotel days. Check-out time is at 12.00 local time. In case of delayed check-out, the customer shall be charged in the following manner:
    • not more than 6 hours after the established check-out time – hourly payment;
    • from 6 to 12 hours – half day payment according to the rate;
    • 12 to 24 hours after the established check-out time – full day payment at the established rate.
  9. Information on room prices is available at the Reception. Guests shall be charged depending on the category of the provided room.
  10. The guest who is responsible for the room shall act as a guarantor to the hotel for the fulfillment of payment obligations for hotel services (purchased goods) ordered by guests staying with him/her in the same room.
  11. Payment for goods and services provided or sold in the hotel shall be made in cash.
  12. On check-in, the guest shall pay a deposit in the amount of 2000 rubles. The deposit shall be returned in full if there are no complaints from the hotel. In case of damage to the hotel or claims by the hotel management, the amount of the damage shall be deducted from the deposit.
  13. If the deposit amount is insufficient to cover the damage, the Guest undertakes to pay the remaining amount at check-out in full, and in case of failure or refusal to cover the payment the administration shall draw up a relevant Statement and reserve the right to bring legal action.
  14. The administration shall provide accommodation for the Guest at the Hotel only for the paid period of time. On expiration of the paid period, the Guest's stay at the hotel may be extended upon his/her request only upon availability of vacant rooms. It is mandatory that the Guest is made aware of this paragraph at the conclusion of the accommodation contract (order acceptance or payment).
  15. All claims to the quality of goods and services should be stated immediately after the provision of services or the sale of goods.
  16. Guests should take care to comply with all safety rules of conduct near water and an open fire.


  1. Comply with the regulations on fire safety and the use of electrical appliances in the room, ensure the safety of residential and public buildings, care with respect to the property and facilities of the hotel, sanitary and other equipment. If damage is found in a residential area, immediately inform the hotel administration accordingly.
  2. In accordance with Russian legislation, the Guest shall indemnify against loss or damage to the property of the hotel, as well as bear responsibility for misconduct by invited persons.
  3. Avoid smoke concentration in residential and public areas leading to a fire alarm.
  4. Use televisions, radios, tape recorders and other loadspeaker devices only when setting the sound level in a range not disturbing other guests; respect the right of other guests to rest; keep quiet from 23.00 to 9.00.
  5. Allow maintenance staff and representatives of the hotel administration access to the room to inspect the technical and sanitary condition of the premises, plumbing and other equipment in it, as well as to perform the necessary repairs and maintenance.
  6. It is strictly prohibited to take away tableware, cutlery, food and beverages from the bar without prior approval from the Bar Administration.
  7. It is prohibited to smoke and ignite any open flame light fixtures throughout the hotel (rooms, hallways, stairwells, hallways, restrooms).
  8. When leaving the hotel, the guest is obliged to turn in the room to room service on the floor and then hand over the keys to the room to the reception staff, and pay for the services indicated in the Guest's invoice. On completion of settlements, the Guest shall receive the final invoice for accommodation and services rendered.
